Rosamond May "Rose" Jedele Fogelsong, of Adrian, passed away August 30, 2010, under the care of Hospice of Lenawee, at Grand Court, where she truly enjoyed living the past few years. She was born 92 years ago on December 16, 1917 in Rome Township, Michigan, the daughter of Edward and Lucy (Wood) Yenor. In June of 1936 she was united in marriage to Rubin "Boots" Jedele until he passed away in February 1989. She then married Graydon "Skip" Fogelsong in October of 1992. He preceded her in death in April of 2004.

Mark J. Bauer, a Clinton resident most of his life, died peacefully in his home, under the care of Hospice of Lenawee, and with his beloved wife, daughter and sister at his side. He was born 68 years ago on December 1, 1941, the son of Jacob and Teresa (McKernan) Bauer. He was united in marriage to Doris Handy 47 years ago on February 23, 1963.

Annette L. Bracey, age 67, of Adrian died Sunday, August 29, 2010 in Tendercare Nursing Home in Adrian. She was born January 28, 1943 in Adrian, the daughter of Floyd and Frances (Forgacs) Bracey.

John Paul Penterics, age 82, of Clinton died Thursday, August 26, 2010 in Tecumseh Place with his family at his side and under the care of Hospice of Lenawee. He was born April 16, 1928 in Dundee, Michigan, the son of Steven and Anna (Takacs) Penterics. He was married to Norma Jean Pucylo on October 14, 1950 and she preceded him in death on February 29, 1988.

Geraldine Mieduch, age 84, of Clinton died Tuesday, August 24, 2010 in Toledo Hospital. She was born April 18, 1926 in Detroit, the daughter of Kasmier and Jeanette Klenczar. She was married to Stanley Mieduch on July 27, 1946 at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Detroit.

Jerre Bruce DeYoung, 86, of Mason, OH, formerly of Clinton, MI, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2010, at the Otterbein Retirement Community, Lebanon, OH.
Jerre was born September 20, 1923 in Ann Arbor, MI to Floyd and Margaret (Bruce) Halladay. She married Roger E. DeYoung; sadly, he preceded her in death October 17, 1994.
She leaves to cherish her memory her sons; Michael A. (Amy) DeYoung of Hudson, OH and Timothy E. (Tammy) DeYoung of West Melbourne, FL, a daughter; Margaret Anne DeYoung of Mason, OH, and 5 grandchildren.
Private family services will be held, and burial will take place next to her husband at Riverside Cemetery Clinton. The Handler Funeral Home was privileged to have assisted with arrangements.
Memorial gifts in her memory may be given to the Otterbein Retirement Community, 585 North State Route 741, Lebanon, OH 45036.

Iva M. Kotts, age 88 of Adrian, formerly of Clinton, died Wednesday, August 18, 2010 in Bixby Emergency Room, Adrian. She was born April 8, 1922 in Clinton, the daughter of Wesley and Lulu (Kotts) Scofield. She married Charles Kotts October 12, 1953 in Kingsland, GA., sadly, preceded her in death in 1978.

Madlane "Micki" Conklin

Madlane E."Micki" Conklin, age 76 of Clinton, died peacefully at home under the care of Hospice of Lenawee and her family at her side. She was born on June 30, 1934 in Detroit, the daughter of Floyd and Victoria (Kobash) Brookins. She married James Conklin in 1972 and he preceded her in death in 1989.
